As five men face imminent execution in Singapore, we join many civil society organisations calling on Singapore to halt all executions immediately, and urging Malaysia to protect its nationals on death row and advocate for the complete abolition of the death penalty, at home and internationally.

While welcoming the first clemency in Singapore in almost 30 thirty years, we join Amnesty International, ADPAN and HRI in renewing our call for an immediate moratorium on the death penalty.
